  • Belfast Bible College – A practical Christian response to pornography for all leaders.

Online pornography has created a huge problem for our churches and communities. The shift from the sex shop to smart phone means porn has never been more accessible, affordable, anonymous or addictive. Just one online porn site boasts a reach of over 100 million people every day. This is the first generation with anytime, anywhere access to unregulated hardcore content, deeply affecting men, women and children physically, emotionally, relationally and spiritually.

At CARE, our heart is to equip leaders with a practical and pastoral response to the issue of pornography. The P Word conference will feature a variety of short talks from a range of experts including activists, therapists and theologians. Delegates will receive both a clear understanding of the social costs of pornography and be given practical tools to address pornography in their churches and communities.

We would love for you to join us along with anyone who may benefit from this training in your community! Tickets include lunch and resources to get you started. We have a great line-up of speakers to share their expertise including Ian Henderson, who is pioneering ministry in this area with the Naked Truth, Paula Hall, the UK’s leading sex addiction therapist (via video link), Ruth Cooke (International Justice Mission) and more. We will have a prayer room facilitated by 24/7 Prayer Ireland to intercede for this issue on the day.
